Adoption Day Celebration

We celebrate Adoption Day every February 2nd.  Not because anyone was actually adopted that day, but because we had Isaac sealed to us that day 6 years ago.  Isaac's actual adoption day is December 13th, (way too close to Christmas festivities), and Esther's actual adoption day is July 6th, (way too close to Independence Day celebrations).  Esther was sealed to us on July 10th, and we always seem to be traveling to a family reunion in July.  So our family settled for repurposing Ground Hog's day to suit our needs.  We talk about their birthmothers, their adoptions, and celebrate with an activity and a treat.

This year we found a great deal to Planet 3 and had fun playing there.  Isaac and Esther played together, had races on the long trampolines, and got really sweaty.  Then we came home and had blueberry smoothies.  It's nice to know Isaac and Esther still like each other enough to hold hands while jumping.

It's hard to get a clear action shot. Sorry.

Again, it's hard to get a clear action shot, but we came close with
this one.
