St. Patty's Day weekend

Isaac came home from school this past week with a sweet little Leprechaun mask.  Reid put it on facebook with this label:  #blackirish.  Isaac also was able to make a Leprechaun trap at school.  The class set up all their traps and left them over the weekend to see if they could catch a Leprechaun.  We'll see if the Leprechaun was tricky enough to avoid all their clever little traps.

Isaac had Friday off due to a teacher day, and Reid had Friday off due to his 9/80 schedule at work, so we took the kids back to the Kennedy Space center again.  This time we took our time.  When the kids fell asleep on their way to visit the Saturn V building, we just stayed on the bus and went strait back and took the kids home.  It was nice to just take our time and not try and squeeze everything in.
We actually stayed for the rocket garden tour and prepared for take off in the mock capsule.

We had to get back early though, because Isaac and Esther had another soccer game.  Here they are in their white soccer jerseys.  Esther participated a little better this game, but there were A LOT of water brakes, reverse psychology, and encouragement.  Isaac, on the other hand, was all in and scored 2 goals.  If half of his team wasn't MIA, they may have scored more.

On Saturday, St. Patrick's day 2018, we took the kids to the Library because they had their Spring Fest event.  There was face-painting, balloon art, games, an egg hunt, and treats.  I found it funny that the kids chose the exact same thing they chose last time they both had their faces painted.

Games at the Library.
